While submitting your manuscript and if you have multiple files, you will need to compress your files into a Zip file before uploading. This guide will walk you through the process both Windows and Mac environments
How to Create a ZIP File on Windows

Gather Your Files
- Ensure all the files you want to upload are in a single folder.

Select the Files or Folder
- Click and drag to select multiple files, or
- If all your files are in one folder, you can right-click the folder instead.
- Right-click on the selected files or folder.

Right-Click and Choose “Send to” (might be under "Show more options")

Select → “Compressed (zipped) folder”
- New Zipped folder will appear on the screen

Rename the ZIP File (Optional)
- A new file with a
.zip
extension will appear in the same location. - You can rename it by right-clicking the file, selecting Rename, and entering a new name.

Upload Your ZIP File to the Form
- Locate the ZIP file and upload it to the form.

- The newly created
.zip
file will appear in the same location as your original files. - If you compressed multiple files, the ZIP file will be named Archive.zip by default (you can rename it if needed).
